**Transparency: a) Anonymized Landowner Sourcing Info: Sharing of Landowner Sourcing information includes log purchase information for a specified time interval or batch process period - anonymized information for log volumes or percentages broken out by landowner type and county; b) Specific Landowner Sourcing Info: Anonymized Landowner Sourcing information plus some or all landowner names; c) Forest of Origin Sourcing Info :Specific Landowner Sourcing information plus some or all forest names, forest management unit location, and potentially stewardship information and forest type; d) Mill Sourcing Info :Sharing of Mill Sourcing information includes a list of mills or actual lumber purchase information for a specified sourcing period - information broken out by mill name, location, and country; e) Mill Engagement and Forest of Origin Info: Mill Sourcing information plus agreement on partnership to engage with target mills to discuss log sourcing information. This openness by the fabricator to partner with a project, to engage with suppliers, is critical given fabricators limited direct access to Forest of Origin information.

***Direct Sourcing: a) Custom Purchasing : Working with project teams to target purchasing logs from specific landowners; b) Segregation : Segregate logs in the log deck and during production to maintain knowledge of the Forest of Oregon, to document where the physical wood sold to the project was grown; Fabricators/Distributors/Retail - c) Custom Purchasing : Bid projects with a commitment to purchasing lumber from a specific mill; d) Targeted Purchasing : Work with project teams prior to and during lumber purchase, to enable clients to be part of selecting bids from target mills - may include a premium built into the original project quote or a mechanism for the client to understand and accept actual price differences between suppliers’ lumber quotes.
